FrederiksbergPWR.8 Studio is an open and inclusive training oasis dedicated to keeping your body strong, mobile, and healthy for life. Variation is key to a balanced and healthy lifestyle and an important part of all movement. That’s why the studio offers a range of training concepts focused on strength, cardio, mobility, and mindfulness elements such as breathwork and relaxation. Each class works well on its own – and even better combined. At PWR.8, you become part of a positive community with training for everyone who wants to stay strong and healthy throughout life. **Good to know** * Arrive in 10-15 minutes before class so you are ready when it starts. If you arrive late, your spot may be given to another member. * The studio offers both Danish- and English-speaking classes. If you need English cueing during Danish-speaking classes, let the instructor know and they will do their best to guide you throughout class. * Please wear indoor training shoes for Burn & Build classes, and grip socks or regular socks for Reformer and Pilates classes. These can be purchased at the studio. * Bringing a towel is recommended for Burn & Build and Warm classes. * Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryers, and hair products from Gun-Britt are available in the changing rooms. * You can also buy water, juice, coffee, and other drinks in the studio shop through self-service or with help from the instructors.

FrederiksbergOutdoor training with Helena and Markus combines functional training, running, and HYROX-inspired elements in varied and effective classes. You work on strength, cardio, and movement through circuit training, intervals, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements. Running elements, partner exercises, and small challenges create both intensity and a strong sense of community. Helena and Markus create motivating classes with high energy, clear structure, and plenty of training joy. The exercises can be adapted, so you can join whether you are new to functional training or already train regularly. **Good to know** * For boxing, bring boxing gloves, pads and hand wraps. * For HIIT, bring a mat.
