With incredible space and 8-meter high ceilings, this is a truly wonderful gym offering a wide range of free weights, cardio, and strength training machines.

There is a varied selection of group training classes and personal trainers available for those who want to take their fitness to the next level. Biocircuit training is also available here, which is modern circuit training.

Good to know

• Scan STC’s QR code when opening doors and passing gates. When attending a class, be sure to pick up your ticket at the kiosk.

• You must collect your ticket no later than 10 minutes before the class starts, otherwise you will lose your spot.

• STC also has its own cancellation policy, which means you will be blocked from booking classes if you miss a class, check in later than 10 minutes before start, or cancel less than two hours before start on three occasions. This block can be lifted for 120 SEK at the studio.
