Welcome to STC Åhus.

Here you'll find a large outdoor gym equipped with machines and all the functional training possibilities you can imagine. Inside, the gym features spacious areas with modern equipment, mainly from Technogym.

We also offer training formats like Hyrox and Biocircuit, along with a wide variety of group classes. After your workout, relax in the sauna or unwind in our cozy reception lounge with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate.

Good to know

• Scan STC’s QR code when opening doors and passing gates. If you’re attending a class, remember to collect your ticket at the kiosk.

• You must collect your ticket no later than 10 minutes before the class starts, otherwise you will lose your spot.

• STC also has its own cancellation policy, which means you will be blocked from booking classes if you miss a class, check in later than 10 minutes before start, or cancel less than two hours before start on three occasions. This block can be lifted for 120 SEK at the studio.
