Located right in the center, this gym features a stylish interior and a wide range of cardio and strength training machines, as well as free weights. The Biocircuit training concept is also offered here.

The gym is equipped with top-class gear from brands like Eleiko and Technogym. Skilled instructors are ready to motivate visitors during group training sessions in the beautiful workout studios.

Good to know

Scan STC’s QR code when opening doors and passing through gates. If you're attending a class, make sure to pick up your ticket at the kiosk.
You must collect your ticket no later than 10 minutes before the class starts, otherwise you will lose your spot.
STC also has its own cancellation policy, which means you will be blocked from booking classes if you miss a class, check in later than 10 minutes before start, or cancel less than two hours before start on three occasions. This block can be lifted for 120 SEK at the studio.
