In the heart of Kalmar city, you’ll find a spacious 2,600 m² gym where both fitness and community are at the center. The facility is equipped with top-quality machines and offers everything from intense strength sessions to inspiring group workouts.

In addition to generous training areas, the gym features large changing rooms with showers and a sauna, as well as a cozy lounge where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, a meal, or simply relax before or after your workout.

Good to know

• Scan STC’s QR code to open doors and gates. If you’re attending a class, don’t forget to collect your ticket at the kiosk.

• You must collect your ticket no later than 10 minutes before the class starts, otherwise you will lose your spot.

• STC also has its own cancellation policy, which means you will be blocked from booking classes if you miss a class, check in later than 10 minutes before start, or cancel less than two hours before start on three occasions. This block can be lifted for 120 SEK at the studio.
