Work out with strength training, cardio, and group classes in our bright and inviting facility in Jämjö. The gym offers a pleasant atmosphere with optimized training areas and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Good to know

• Scan STC’s QR code to open doors and gates. If you’re attending a class, don’t forget to collect your ticket at the kiosk.

• You must collect your ticket no later than 10 minutes before the class starts, otherwise you will lose your spot.

• STC also has its own cancellation policy, which means you will be blocked from booking classes if you miss a class, check in later than 10 minutes before start, or cancel less than two hours before start on three occasions. This block can be lifted for 120 SEK at the studio.
