STC Karlstad Kasernhöjden

The historic Kasernhöjden neighbourhood in Karlstad is bursting with joy and community spirit as people of all ages fill the gym with their energy.

This gym has everything you need for a successful workout, with free weights, equipment and exercise machines spread over two floors. The functional areas combine strength training with personal training, and group training sessions follow one after the other.

Good to know

• Scan STC’s QR code when opening doors and passing gates. If you’re attending a class, remember to collect your ticket at the kiosk.

• You must collect your ticket no later than 10 minutes before the class starts, otherwise you will lose your spot.

• STC also has its own cancellation policy, which means you will be blocked from booking classes if you miss a class, check in later than 10 minutes before start, or cancel less than two hours before start on three occasions. This block can be lifted for 120 SEK at the studio.
