Hot Yoga West

Welcome to Hot Yoga West. Göteborg's first and only original hot yoga studio located in the heart of the city center.

Step into a warm, calm and cosy oasis, to be met with kindness and connection. The studio is open, inclusive, diverse and free from judgement, and offers many styles of yoga.

The international and local instructors are extremely experienced with a passion for yoga and a wealth of knowledge to share.

Come as you are to meet yourself just as you are. Grow your practice and develop a strong and calm mind.

Good to know

• Arrive on time – no earlier than 30 minutes before class.

• You need to be inside the studio at least five minutes before the start. Ring the doorbell to enter from the street, then walk half a flight of stairs up to reach the studio. If you arrive late, you won’t be able to enter.

• Bring a yoga mat, two large towels and a water bottle.

• Lockers available, please bring your own padlock.

• Mats and towels available to rent for 50 kr per item. Padlocks available for purchase for 50 kr.
