Pulse is an outdoor training community in Copenhagen focused on high intensity, strength, and connection – all year round in the fresh air. Workouts combine strength and cardio in full-body formats like AMRAP, circuit training, Tabata, and team-based exercises. You'll use your own body weight and resistance bands. Exercises are adapted for both beginners and experienced participants. **Good to know** * Classes take place at various locations. Please check the class description for details. * Classes take place outdoors, so there's no access to showers or changing rooms. * The classes are primarily in Danish, but instructions can be given in English if needed. * Feel free to bring a mat. * Arrive dressed and ready to train.
