Pulse CPH
Pulse is an outdoor training community in Copenhagen focused on high intensity, strength, and connection – all year round in the fresh air.
Workouts combine strength and cardio in full-body formats like AMRAP, circuit training, Tabata, and team-based exercises.
You'll use your own body weight and resistance bands. Exercises are adapted for both beginners and experienced participants.
Good to know
Classes take place at various locations. Please check the class description for details.
Classes take place outdoors, so there's no access to showers or changing rooms.
The classes are primarily in Danish, but instructions can be given in English if needed.
Feel free to bring a mat.
