Moumo Yoga is an inclusive and explorative space where you can deepen the connection to yourself and others. Moumo offers a wide range of classes within yoga, breathwork and movement.

A selected team of experienced teachers help you to deepen your understanding of the body, breath and mind.

Good to know

The studio is located in Skrapan, opposite of Intersport, inside the climbing gym. Early mornings you enter through the door to the right of Intersport towards Götgatan.
Moumo has a restaurant and shop open all day.
Yoga mats are available, but feel free to bring your own.
On weekdays, porridge buffet and brewed coffee is available after the 7 am classes.
