As the core of this studio, Pilates and Garuda are the powerhouses that all of their remedies originate from. Honouring the traditional techniques and adding a contemporary, integrated and feel-good touch, these body remedies are polished training sessions that improve your entire physique and align your mind and soul.

The spacious movement studio is heated to a comfortable 28 degrees Celsius, using cutting edge infrared technology. This radiant heating elevates overall health while you’re training. It improves blood circulation, makes muscles, joints and connective tissue nice and supple and cleanses your system from the inside out.

Good to know

• There is a shop where you can buy carefully picked items, energizing bars and training clothes.

• Workouts are performed without shoes and preferably Gripsocks, for sale in the studio for 175 kr. You can also use regular socks.

• The door code is visible in your booking.

• Remedy also has its own cancellation policy. This means that if you at three occasions miss or make a late cancellation, you will be blocked from booking classes for 21 days. A strike or block cannot be removed.
