Welcome to Havstad’s Holistic Haven – a peaceful oasis offering small-group yoga in a unique, nature-close setting in the red house next to Tollare Folk High School.

Here, you’ll find calming and nourishing classes focused on yoga, breathwork, and meditation.

Good to know*

There is no changing room, so please arrive dressed for class. Alternatively, you can use the toilet to change.
You’ll find the studio about 20 minutes by bus from Slussen, at the Hedenströms väg stop.
