Stockholm Saltspa Yoga
Stockholm Saltspa Yoga offers yoga in a relaxing environment where you can breathe out, breathe in and feel good.
A salt room is a room covered in rock salt from ceiling to floor. The salt has a stimulating, cleansing and healing effect on both the skin and the respiratory system as it kills bacteria.
Good to know
Salt room treatments are booked through the separate Wellness studio “Stockholm Saltspa Saltrummet”.
Classes are held in Swedish.
Doors open approximately 15 minutes before the start of the session and lock 5 minutes before. It is not possible to enter later.
Showering afterwards is not recommended as it is good to leave the salt on the skin.
