Flexible Hälsostudio offers motivating group training where community and the joy of movement are at the heart of everything.

You train in a personal and relaxed environment with dedicated coaches who guide you through varied sessions. Expect everything from heart-pumping cardio to functional strength that builds your entire body.

The goal is for you to leave each class with renewed energy, a smile, and a stronger feeling in your body.

Good to know

• The studio is located in Salem Centrum, next to Quickstore and opposite the hair salons.
• Please arrive about ten minutes before the class starts. The doors open at least 15 minutes beforehand.
• There are no changing rooms, but you can change in the restroom.
• Bring workout clothes, clean indoor shoes, a water bottle, and preferably a small sweat towel.
• Plenty of parking is available at the center.
