There is one entrance, one sink, and changing facilities in the same room as the training area, with the toilet located in the courtyard. In return, you get a unique atmosphere and some of the best training in the city. The focus is on quality, technique, and community. Training is inspired by classic boxing and combined with functional strength training. At Athletic Warfare, group training is more than just training.
