The visit is booked as a class and paid directly in the app. * The booking is binding, refunds are not possible. **Good to know** * Located two floors up in Karlatornet, with entrance through Clarion Hotel Karlatornet. * Showers, changing rooms, saunas, relaxation pool, and lockers are available. * Towels, bathrobes, and slippers are provided. * Bring your own swimwear and workout clothes.

The spacious and inspiring workout areas provide the perfect setting for an effective training session that strengthens both body and mind. After your workout, unwind at Elements Spa – a boutique city spa featuring a dry sauna, infrared sauna, and lounge pool. **Good to know** * Check in at the Elements Spa reception, where you'll also receive an access card for the gym. * Towels are available for rent at the spa reception for 50 SEK. * Spa access is not included but can be purchased on-site for Bruce members at 150 SEK. Spa entry includes a towel, bathrobe, and slippers.
