Tre
In Tre, you practice self-defense outdoors – more martial art than martial sport. Sessions include hand techniques, kicks, grappling on grass, forms, breakfall techniques, sparring drills, and bodyweight strength training. It’s not dangerous, but practical and versatile.
The training is rooted in taekwondo, but without a focus on competition or belt testing – it's about understanding and applying techniques in real situations. You’ll train on grass, in hills, and maybe even in water, in both sun and rain.
Tre was created as a reaction to the commercial fitness focus, with a desire for more holistic movement and meaningful practice.
Good to know
Meet-up is below Brynseng metro station, in the green area behind the parking lot between the office building and the school: see map. The instructor will be there 10–15 minutes before the session starts.
Necessary equipment, such as kickpads, is available to borrow.
You choose whether to wear a martial arts uniform, workout clothes, or even swimwear – as long as it's not too baggy and can handle a bit of grass stain.
Training barefoot is recommended, but light footwear can be used.
Remove jewelry and watches before training.

Kundbetyg
