Energii Risskov

Energii Risskov is a bright, modern Reformer Pilates studio focused on effective training, positive energy and community.

Qualified instructors guide you through varied and motivating classes, challenging you at your own level.

Reformer Pilates strengthens the whole body, with particular focus on the core, back, legs and arms. Controlled movements and resistance improve strength, balance and posture in an effective, low-impact way.

Classes are open to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

Good to know

• Remember gloves and grip socks - you are not allowed to train without gloves or with half toesox.
• Check in no later than 5 minutes before. If you check in later, you risk losing your spot to someone on the waiting list.
• The door is locked at the start of the class.
• Classes with fewer than five participants will be cancelled. Classes starting before 12:00 will be cancelled no later than 22:00 the day before. All other classes will be cancelled at least six hours before the start.
