Energii Køge

In the heart of Køge’s historic streets, you'll find Energii Køge – a bright and welcoming reformer studio filled with natural light and the signature Energii atmosphere.

Reformer Pilates classes are available for all levels, led by dedicated instructors with a focus on technique, strength, mobility and the joy of movement.

Reformer Pilates is an effective training method that combines strength, control and body awareness. By engaging the body as a whole, it helps build stability, balance and better movement patterns that carry over into everyday life.

With classes in the morning, midday and evening, it’s easy to find a time that fits your schedule.

Good to know

• Remember gloves and grip socks - you are not allowed to train without gloves or with half toesox.
• Check in no later than 5 minutes before. If you check in later, you risk losing your spot to someone on the waiting list.
• The door is locked at the start of the class.
• Two hours of free parking in the courtyard.
• Classes with fewer than five participants will be cancelled. Classes starting before 12:00 will be cancelled no later than 22:00 the day before. All other classes will be cancelled at least six hours before the start.
