Barry's Bootcamp
Barry’s is a vibe. The red lights hit, the beat drops and you lose yourself in the energy of the Red Room. You’ll run faster, lift heavier and you won’t do it alone.
Their signature method, credited as "The Best Workout in the World", utilizes the most effective combination of High Intensity Training by incorporating interval-based running on treadmills with strength training using free weights, resistance bands, and more.
The workouts are results driven and led by Barry’s motivating Rockstar trainers – pushing participants to their physical and mental limits. No workout is ever the same, and most of all it’s for everyone, regardless of level, and efficient and fun!
Visiting Barry’s for the first time?
- Please show up 15 min before class so they can show you around and give you all the information you need to have a fun class!
- Be on time! Check-in with the Front Desk staff upon arrival to get your assigned spot. Please note that your spot will be up for grabs if you have not signed in 5 minutes prior to the class starting.
- If you show up late to class and your spot is still available, you will be asked to wait outside the Red Room until in between rounds.
Good to know
- You need indoor shoes for running, everything else like towels and shower products, they've got covered!
- If you wish to use earplugs, there are available ones on site.
- Classes are released on Sundays.
