Andrumyoga Soundtempel

Andrumyoga Soundtempel in Hägersten is a welcoming space for rest and yoga where you can come as you are. Whether you're stiff or flexible, new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you're welcome here.

Choose from Medical Yoga, Kundalini, Yin Yoga, and Hatha Yoga - all with a focus on breath, body awareness, relaxation, recovery, and meditation.

Several classes end with deep relaxation accompanied by the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and a gong.

Good to know

• All classes are taught in Swedish.

• The door is locked when class begins, and late entry is not permitted. Please do not knock if you arrive late, as it may disturb the class.

• The studio is located in a brick building at the top of the hill through the wooded area. The entrance is on the front of the building, facing the hill.

• Yoga mats and props are available to borrow.

• The studio opens fifteen minutes before class, and you can change in the spacious restroom.
