Lucky Punch Saunagus

The Lucky Punch Sauna Gus is a guided aromatherapy sauna class with three rounds focused on full-body recovery, stress release, and mental reset.

It complements intense training but also works beautifully on its own as a calming and social recovery ritual.

You’ll leave feeling restored and recharged.

Good to know

• Entrance to the studio is to the right of the 25hours Hotel Entrance. Look for big glass double doors.

• Please hydrate well before arriving.

• Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the Sauna Gus start time.

• Check in at Lucky Punch before heading upstairs to the sauna.

• If not joining directly after a class, allow sufficient time to change and settle before the session begins.

• If you miss the start of the first round, you must wait until the second round to join.
