• Please arrive ten minutes early, especially if it's your first class.

• Entrance through the red door to the right of number 14.

• Grip gloves and full-toe grip socks are required, it's not allowed to train in half-toe socks.

• Both items can be purchased at the studio.

• Bring your own lock.
