• New to IGNITE? Arrive a little early so you can be provided with all the info you need.

• Be on time. If you’re late, you’ll need to wait to be let in once class has started.

• Bring workout clothes and shoes – towels and other essentials are provided on site.

• Complimentary earplugs are available at the reception.

• Forgot your gear? Rental clothing is available for 69 kr.

• No access to the gym. Recovery Room is booked through that studio in the Bruce Studios app.
