JL Dance

JL Dance is a personal dance school where experienced teachers teach with passion and a strong sense of style.

Here you can develop your skills in salsa and mambo, both solo and with a partner. JL Dance also has a series of classes focused on dance, movement health, and conditioning. For those who enjoy Argentine tango, there are several solo classes; no partner needed.

Good to know

• Arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts. If you arrive too early, there is a risk that you’ll need to wait outdoors.

• All equipment such as mats, blocks, and props is provided on site.

• From Gärdet metro station, take the exit “Brantingsgatan” and the stairs to the left. The studio is straight ahead at Brantingsgatan 41, ground floor. The sign on the door says studio MindMoves.

• The doorbell is located to the left of the glass door.

• Most classes are done in socks. Dance shoes can be beneficial for certain classes.
