XT Follo CrossFit

XT Follo is located in brand new facilities in Ski – with three spacious rooms for both open gym and group classes.

Each room is fully equipped with everything needed for a solid workout.

Instructors are welcoming and adjust the classes to suit each participant’s level and needs. Intensity and difficulty are self-regulated, ensuring a great session for everyone.

Good to know

• Entry is past the garage doors and through the office section. A video showing the entrance is available on Instagram.

• Feel free to speak with the instructor before your first class for proper guidance.

• Flat and stable shoes are recommended.
