• Grip gloves and full-toe grip socks are required – it's not allowed to train in half-toe socks. Both items can be purchased at the studio.

• You’ll see the door code once your booking is completed. After entering from the street, take the door to the left of the two elevators. Then go down the stairs and take the door immediately to the right at the bottom.
