Illuma Somatics blends science, psychology, and body-based therapy with deep spiritual practices.

You can join guided hypnosis classes, yin yoga and talks. Themes include self-love, perfectionism, boundaries, relationships, body awareness, and emotional balance.

The philosophy is that real transformation happens where body, mind, and soul meet — when trauma is not only understood but released through the body and integrated into the nervous system.

• Ring the bell on the 3rd floor, the door opens automatically. Classes are held at Yoga og Jordmoder. Please remove your shoes before entering.
