Please note that classes are held at both Grevgatan 37 and Kommendörsgatan 29. See each class.
Arrive 15 minutes before class begins.
Changing areas and lockers with coded systems are available for your personal items.
Socks are required for Megaformer classes – preferably grip socks, which can be purchased in the studio.
