pa:trop is a creative space where yoga, martial arts, and strength training meet. Balance, authenticity, and long-term growth are at the core — with room for the unexpected. This is a place for the ambitiously curious.

All senses are invited to grow at pa:trop. You’re challenged, yet allowed to land — against the bag, with the weights, on the mat.

Good to know

• The entrance is through a door between the tea shop and Roslagsgatan 8.

• The changing room with shower is for women only. Unfortunately, there are no changing or shower facilities for men on site.

• Gloves are available to borrow.
