AYÄM Studio

AYÄM Studio started out as a dream taking form inside the head and the heart of their founder Julia Bergh. It began with the idea to create a space for healing, expansion, growth and community. A place where you could let go and fully surrender into the infinite with the support of a variety of sacred practices and tools designed to help you and your body heal, ground and grow.

They aim to be a place where you practice yoga, dance and sing. And even more – a space where you release, expand and surrender yourself to the infinite possibilities that this extraordinary life holds!

There is a pop up store at the studio that sells crystals and other spiritual things.

Good to know

• Temporary address until, and including, June 21st: Note that the studio entrance is situated next to the apartment building with address Tomtebogatan 21. Look to the right a bit further up the street and you´ll see the striped door saying "Art of Stillness".

• There are yoga mats available to borrow.

• Be on time, doors open 15 minutes before and are locked five minutes before class starts.

• At times, an allergy friendly dog is present in the studio.

• There are two toilets with showers. The changing facilities are unisex, behind a common curtain.
