Good to know

• The sauna is located in the courtyard of Det Bæredygtige Forsamlingshus, part of Frederiksberg Hospital Garden.

• Arrive 15 minutes before your class.

• Bring your own towel to sit on, swimwear and water bottle.

• It is recommended that you also bring bath slippers, bathrobe and extra towel for changing after sauna.

• Bring a padlock for the locker.

• There is two hours of free parking.

• Please note the changing facilities are two covered changing booths next to the sauna.
