Josefine Yoga

Welcome to Josefine Yoga, a warm and peaceful studio located right by the cliffs of Fredhäll, with nature and water just steps away.

The space is small, personal and filled with calm – a quiet little haven where you can truly land and reconnect.

By day, the space is an artist’s studio – by evening, it transforms into an intimate yoga setting filled with soft lighting, cushions and a welcoming atmosphere.

It may not be a traditional yoga studio, but its creative energy and simplicity makes it a truly unique place to slow down and just be.

Good to know

• The space opens 15 minutes before class – please don’t arrive earlier than that.

• Mats are provided.

• Doors are locked during class to maintain a safe and undisturbed space.

• All classes are held in Swedish.

• There is a toilet available, but no shower or changing room.

• Warm clothes or socks are recommended for the final relaxation.
