Your guides, known as operators, will lead you through a carefully curated journey of sauna rituals, cold plunges, and breathwork.

This is designed to leave you feeling reborn, revitalized, and deeply at peace.

No experience is needed, everyone is welcome.

Good to know

• Kindly arrive on time. The door closes 5 minutes before the session begins.

• Sacred Sauna is a space for presence, community, and transformation. To ensure the experience is safe and respectful for everyone, please read the Code of Conduct. When booking and attending a class, you approve these rules.

• This is an outdoor studio. No changing rooms or toilets are available.

• Cold showers are provided between sessions in the sauna.

• Bring your own swimwear and towel.
