Good to know
Remember gloves and grip socks - you are not allowed to train without gloves or with half toesox.
Check in no later than 5 minutes before. If you check in later, you risk losing your spot to someone on the waiting list.
The door is locked at the start of the class.

I have personally not found this instructor particularly great at my previous class with her, but this review is specifically in relation to the poor communication within the app around No Shows. It appears if you do not show up within five minutes of the class starting, they can give your place away, despite the doors at the studio not often opening until a few mins after 50 past the hour (when the previous class finishes). I arrived bang on 11 (totally my mistake, I had turned up at the Østerbro studio instead of the Nordhavn one accidentally so had to make a mad dash to the correct studio), the class in Nordhavn had not started, the instructor was behind the desk still on the computer, and it turned out she’d already given my place to somebody who had just turned up at the studio on the off chance of a no show.
