Fleberg Studios is a private space where dance strengthens the body, calms the mind, and uplifts the spirit.
With the approach “dance is medicine”, each class blends mindful movement, technique, creativity, and joyful expression.
The goal is to help you build confidence, connect with your body, and experience the healing power of movement – physically, mentally, and emotionally.
