Do you want to try a form of exercise that gives you a great mix of fitness, strength and technique?
Nacka Taekwondo offers workouts that are both sweaty and fun, with a focus on challenging many of your physical abilities in an engaging and varied way.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced trainer, you can adjust the intensity to suit your own level.
This is a relaxed and inclusive group where you'll work out together, have lots of laughs, and leave feeling energised and sore.
Take the plunge and come as you are! All you need to bring is an open mind and a willingness to sweat a little extra.
