Press the flower button at the main entrance to open the door, then walk down the stairs to the left.
You are welcome to drop in and train in the open space area when no classes are running. Since classes use the same space, please check the schedule beforehand. A maximum of three people can train in the open space at the same time. If it’s full, you will need to wait until space becomes available.
For pilates and yoga classes, you are welcome to bring your own mat.
