Good to know

  • Press the flower button at the main entrance to open the door, then walk down the stairs to the left.

  • You are welcome to drop in and train in the open space area when no classes are running. Since classes use the same space, please check the schedule beforehand. A maximum of three people can train in the open space at the same time. If it’s full, you will need to wait until space becomes available.

  • For pilates and yoga classes, you are welcome to bring your own mat.
