Starting December 1, Wellness studios can only be accessed with a Black or Epic membership, not with credits.
Visit limits will change from January 1: from Base 0, Black 0 and Epic 1, to Base 0, Black 4 and Epic 8. As part of this update, an additional fee of 250 NOK will apply for IR sauna visits. From January 1, members may also bring a friend, who pays 150 NOK directly at the reception upon arrival.

A carefully curated urban sanctuary offering space for regeneration, self-reflection and alignment with your vitality. The five essentials — stillness, solitude, silence, simplicity and salt — are central to the experience.
The infrared sauna fits two people and includes a private shower for hot or cold exposure.
Bring a book if you'd like to read, or prepare a podcast, meditation or soundscape and connect via Bluetooth.
