Welcome to Elite Hotel Vana’s yoga studio – a calming space focused on energy, balance, and flow for both beginners and more advanced yogis.
Good to know
Enter through Palace Hotel and go down one floor to reach the yoga studio. Gym access is not included.
The changing room offers Kerstin Florian products, and towels are provided.
Spa access can be added for 595 kr on weekdays when booking your class. Payment is made on site. No check-in is required for this.
Anyone using the spa without having paid on site will be charged the full amount.

Bra pass, trevlig instruktör, lite kallt i lokalen. (Subjektiv feedback till instruktören och detta är förstås en smaksak: jag föredrar när instruktörer visar positionen och sen lämnar det till tysnad. Jag tycker att det blir för mycket prat under positionerna så det blir svårt att slappna av eftersom jag aktiveras av att lyssna. Ett alt kan vara att prata i en lägre och lugnare ton)
Best combination of strength and relaxation. Always leaving in a better mood :)
