Welcome to an inspiring space with a full diving facility and top-class equipment.

Each class begins in the dryland training hall next to the pool. The space offers large mat-covered floors for warm-up and gymnastics.

The hall is equipped with a trampoline, diving board, airtracks, mini trampolines, as well as various tools and weights to support effective and varied training.

Good to know

• Classes are held in the diving pool at Eriksdalsbadet.

• Please note an instructor will come get you at the gate ten minutes before class starts. Be on time and check in with the studios own QR code upon entry.

• You must be able to swim 25 meters.

• Bring swimwear and gym clothes. No shoes needed.

• Bring your own padlock.
