Barry's Colosseum
Barry’s is a group training concept based on a combination of strength training on the floor and interval training on the treadmill.
This effective workout method, enhanced by motivating music, nightclub-style lighting, and a skilled, high-energy instructor, pushes you to give that extra effort needed to see results.
The workout is intense but can easily be adapted to your own level.

First time at Barry’s? Please arrive 15 minutes early so the team can show you around and provide all the information you need. Make sure toregister before your first class.
Classes can only be booked through the Bruce app. If you wish to change your class, this must also be done in the app.
As a Bruce member, you will be assigned a spot at check-in. If you arrive late or the class is fully booked, you may be assigned a floor spot without access to a treadmill.
