Outdoor training with Helena and Markus combines functional training, running, and HYROX-inspired elements in varied and effective classes.
You work on strength, cardio, and movement through circuit training, intervals, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements. Running elements, partner exercises, and small challenges create both intensity and a strong sense of community.
Helena and Markus create motivating classes with high energy, clear structure, and plenty of training joy.
The exercises can be adapted, so you can join whether you are new to functional training or already train regularly.

For boxing, bring boxing gloves, pads and hand wraps.
