You will find yoga classes across multiple levels and a boutique reformer studio designed for attentive teaching.

The first floor is dedicated to yoga, while the ground floor includes reception and reformer facilities.

Good to know

• Entrance is through the back courtyard building via the tunnel at Ingemannsvej 3A. Reception is on the ground floor for check-in.

• You are expected to arrive 5-15 minutes before class and check in at reception on the ground floor.

• Yoga mats and props are provided.

• Grip socks are required for reformer pilates.

• Herbal tea and water are available.

• All classes are held in English.
