Alex Beck Outdoor Strength Training
Outdoor strength training with Alex Beck at Karen Blixens Plads near Islands Brygge.
You train in an open urban space using professional equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, suspension trainers, and resistance bands. SilentFit headphones ensure you clearly hear coaching and music while training outdoors.
Unlike many outdoor concepts, each class is structured and planned in advance, with focus on technique, safety, and progression. You build strength, improve mobility, and develop sustainable training habits.
The environment is welcoming and supportive, with options so you can train safely and effectively at your own level.
Good to know*
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start, so you can get your equipment in order without interrupting the class.
Dress in comfortable training clothes and weather-appropriate layers. Remember a water bottle.
Changing rooms and toilets are not available.
All classes are taught in English.
