Abhaya Studio is a beautiful and modern yoga studio in Frösunda, located near Mall of Scandinavia, Winery Hotel and Hagaparken. It offers varied classes and many of them end with deep rest to the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gong. Groups at the studio are small, with a maximum of nine people, meaning you get more care from the teacher.
