Blush Yoga Skin is an intimate studio in the heart of the city – a place to arrive, unwind, and recharge.
The schedule includes dynamic flows like vinyasa and core & tone, slower restorative practices such as yin and Blush yoga spa, as well as active breathwork for deeper release and renewal.
The atmosphere is sensual and calm – soft lighting, subtle scents, and a cup of tea waiting for you after class.
**Good to know**
* The studio provides mats, wool mats, blankets, and all the props you need.
* Mats are free to borrow at Blush studio. For classes held at Revier, mat rental is 30 NOK.
* Healthy snacks and refreshments are available in the studio to buy before or after class.
* There are no lockers or showers, but you are welcome to change on site.
* Some classes are taught in English, and most can be adapted for both Norwegian and English.
