Created by the team behind Mash Studios, it supports an active lifestyle by helping you recharge and restore your energy.
Together with leading wellness practitioners in Norway, the studio offers experiences such as sound journeys, sound healing, face yoga, breathwork, infrared light therapy, and moon circles.
Each class is designed to help you slow down, recover, and reconnect in a calm and inspiring setting.
