Oslo Efoil is a water sports center located at Malmøya, offering access to SUP boards for Bruce members. SUP safaris and various paddle board activities are also available. Access the beach by heading down the path to the yellow house. Requirement: You must know how to swim. **Good to know** * Oslo Efoil has ten stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) available, and they operate on a first-come, first-served basis. * Each paddleboard can be used for up to one hour at a time to ensure everyone gets a chance, due to the limited number of boards. * A jacuzzi is also available on site and can be paid for directly to Oslo Efoil.

Mad Goats offers SUP and kayak rentals at Bjørvika and Tjuvholmen. Enjoy a calm paddling experience on the Oslofjord during summer.
